JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for achieving customer service satisfaction in Medical Aesthetic involving meetings and surpassing expectations. It encompasses interacting with customers in a professional, friendly- helpful and positive way.

These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:

• Following up warm leads
• To convert as many leads as possible to appointments for Aesthetic Clinic and Medical Spa
• Serves customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Answering phones call in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
• Advice on company information such as location, services, and operating hours
• Sales and follow call with customers
• Manages reception duty, registration, and scheduling appointment booking
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
