Telemarketing Officer Accountability: Achieve sales target including cross sell target of all assigned products. Always maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality. Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently Cold call the leads given by Team Sales Manager effectively. Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines. Qualification & Experience: Academic Qualifications: Preferably degree / diploma, credit in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics Experience: Relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential. Age below 35 years old Demonstrate sales performance excellence and possess strong passion for sales.
