JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Telemarketing & Digital Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. You will play a key role in generating leads, promoting our services, and supporting our digital marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, email marketing, content posting, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or social media schedulers is a plus.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or higher; marketing or business studies is a plus.
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing is an advantage.
  • Multilingual skills are a bonus.
