Job Descriptions: Telemarketing represents the image of EF Adults. You will provide appropriate learning information needed by prospective EF Adults Indonesia students. Responsibilities: * Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to and from prospective students who are looking for learning information about EF Adults through online channels (websites, social media or other media) * Fulfilling the target of attending consultation invitations per month, * Meet the target calls per day * Operating Sales force and Quiros systems for administration in the calling process Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum education equivalent to Diploma * 1 year previous working experience as a call center / telemarketing * Able to communicate using good and correct Bahasa Indonesia * Able to operate Microsoft Office * Willing to work in shifts and on Saturday * Neat and clean appearance
