Salary: Basic up to £15,000 OTE up to £20,000 with uncapped bonus scheme
Hours: 22 Hours Per Week
Mon-Fri - 10am-4pm (30 minute break)

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
• Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
• Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
• Provide information about products or services to potential customers
• Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers
• Record and update customer information in the company database
• Book telephone appointments with potential customers to discuss insurance requirements with one of our insurance specialists
• Achieve monthly sales targets
