Job Summary The role involves making outbound calls to customers, promoting and upselling products and services while following sales scripts. The goal is to meet monthly sales targets, build lasting customer relationships, handle objections, and effectively convert leads into customers. Additionally, the position requires sharing insights to help grow customer engagement and reach. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to customers from our existing database (Malay-speaking market). Cold-call potential customers and clearly explain our products and services. Promote and upsell company offerings, including current promotions and deals. Follow structured sales scripts to communicate key product features and benefits accurately. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets. Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships. Handle objections and manage challenging calls professionally. Use persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into customers. Share insights and suggest creative ways to grow customer reach and engagement. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales calls. Fluency in all three languages, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written), is required. Comfortable making high volumes of sales calls daily. Strong computer skills, with access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality communication.
