About the role As a B2B Telemarketing Intern in the Home Services Vertical, you will be responsible for driving outbound B2B engagement through calls and messaging to generate demand, qualify leads, and activate repeat orders.This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining the B2B sales pipeline, supporting HQ and regional teams by ensuring timely follow-ups, consistent client touchpoints, and accurate pipeline updates. What You Will Do Conduct outbound telecanvassing activities to support the acquisition of new B2B clients and generate potential leads. Assist in following up with warm and hot leads to help drive conversion into orders. Send WhatsApp reminders to existing B2B clients to encourage repeat orders or service requests. Help identify and qualify client needs while effectively communicating service offerings and value propositions. Coordinate with internal Demand, Operations, and Supply teams to support the smooth handover of qualified leads. Maintain and update lead, follow-up, and pipeline trackers accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in preparing regular updates and simple reports on outreach activities, lead progress, and conversion status. Support the team in administrative and operational tasks related to B2B client acquisition and engagement initiatives. What You Will Need Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer-facing roles Confident verbal communication and persuasive skills Comfortable making outbound calls and following up via WhatsApp Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for lead tracking Goal-oriented mindset with persistence in follow-ups Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize outreach activities Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
