Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and motivate a small telemarketing team to meet and exceed KPIs. Lead by example, ensuring that your team delivers results while also fostering a positive, results-oriented environment.
  • Booking Meetings: Play an active role in telemarketing by directly booking meetings with prospective clients and demonstrating best practices to your team.
  • Target & KPI Management: Drive the team to hit and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Regularly track performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure all targets are consistently met.
  • Incentive Management: Track, manage, and develop incentive schemes that motivate the team to achieve their goals. Come up with creative initiatives to keep the team engaged and productive.
  • Team Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the team both in terms of size and capability. Identify opportunities for skill development and team optimization.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on team performance, metrics and exceed KPIs. Lead by example, ensuring that your team delivers results while fostering a positive, results-oriented environment.
