As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketing Representative to join our on-site team and help generate qualified leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Available to work on-site in London, Ontario

• Make outbound calls to prospective residential and commercial customers
• Promote services such as carpet & upholstery cleaning, plumbing repairs, handyman services, and renovation work
• Set appointments for in-home estimates or service calls
• Record customer information accurately in our system
• Follow call scripts and respond to objections professionally
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
