Description

FX Globe Marketing Management is providing marketing services to well-known fintech brands. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our platform, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Promote an online trading & stock market platform.
  • Educate prospects about our platform, services, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiating and closing high-valued deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Team player

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Fluent in English. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to react to clients requests quickly and in a professional manner.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
  • Basic knowledge of trading concepts and financial markets is desirable but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
