• Outbound Calls:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments.
• Sales & Persuasion:Use persuasive communication to sell products or services, upsell, and cross-sell, focusing on meeting customer needs.
• Customer Service:Address customer inquiries, provide information on product features and pricing, and resolve any complaints or doubts.
• Lead Generation:Identify potential customers and qualify leads by understanding their needs through phone interactions.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead information, often using a CRM system.
• Sales Targets:Work to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Market Research:Conduct market research to identify new prospects and analyze data to understand customer needs.
• Collaboration:Liaise with internal departments, primarily the sales team, to develop effective strategies and provide them with qualified leads.
