About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Telemarketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our telemarketing staff. This role is critical in driving sales performance and ensuring that our team members are equipped with the best practices in customer engagement and communication techniques. What You Will Do: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing telemarketing staff. Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve sales techniques and customer interaction skills. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Work closely with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them. Provide ongoing coaching and support to telemarketing staff to ensure high performance and goal achievement. Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and industry trends to incorporate into training materials. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress. What We Are Looking For: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, call center operations, or sales training. Proven experience as a telemarketing trainer or similar role. Experience in designing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing agents Strong knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills and facilitation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve sales targets. Ability to coach, observe, and provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in using training tools and technologies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
