We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Telemarketing / Sales Support Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced sales environment and play a key role in developing client relationships from the very first call.

• Making outbound calls to warm, cold, and dormant leads to generate interest
• Answering inbound calls and web enquiries, and directing them to the right person
• Following up on quotes, capturing customer feedback, and maintaining relationships
• Supporting the Senior Account Manager with accurate quote preparation
• Logging all sales activity in our CRM, ensuring all contact records are kept up to date
• Monitoring and managing Live Chat, website forms, and incoming requests
• Assisting with campaign follow-ups and admin support for the wider sales team
• Helping identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
• Building rapport with prospective customers and laying the groundwork for long-term relationships
