POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced and digitally fluent Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our growing virtual care team. In this fully remote role, you will provide both real-time (video) and asynchronous (chat-based) care for patients across diverse clinical needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment and is passionate about shaping the future of digital healthcare.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• 3–10 years of clinical experience (virtual care experience preferred).
• Active medical licensure in at least two of the following: California, Florida, New York, Texas.

(Multi-state or IMLC compact licensure highly preferred.)

• U.S. citizenship.
• Two professional references.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital care tools.
• Experience in tech-enabled or startup healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Comfort with both video-based and asynchronous care delivery.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, innovative clinical practice.

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care to a diverse, nationwide patient base.
• Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care through secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct both synchronous (video) and asynchronous (chat) consultations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.
• Adapt to evolving clinical workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to quality improvement and innovation initiatives.
