ABOUT THIS ROLE

At Just Eat, we have tens of thousands of excellent Restaurants on our
platform. They’re amazing at what they do! Excellent small business operators,
fantastic chefs, and hospitality experts. However, we’re the experts on Just Eat.
It’s the job of our Telephone Account Managers to advise our ever-increasing number of Restaurant Partners and maximise their success on our platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for the growth and retention of existing clients supporting them to grow their orders and continually improve the quality of service they offer. Tools available include optimising menus, adding photography, offering great deals, reducing offline time, hitting delivery ETAs and retaining the Partner on the platform.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS TO THE ROLE:

  • Connect with a large targeted list of existing restaurant partners via telephone, using a consultative approach to drive growth and all-round long-term success via the Just Eat platform
  • To take ownership of a region, understand trends in the market, and use this information as part of your overall strategy for our Restaurant Partners success
  • To work on quarterly campaigns and projects that require Account Management support
  • To report on your region monthly including trends that you deem to be important for your region
  • Deploy an analytical approach with Restaurant Partner performance data to drive the most effective activities with each Restaurant to maximise their growth.
  • Planning your time effectively to maximise partner interactions while maintaining quality conversations
  • Communicate cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments where required
  • Be a brand ambassador for Just Eat, represent the company to the highest possible standard
