Join our Group Protection Distribution team as a Telephone Account Manager and help us deliver outstanding service and results to our intermediary partners. What you'll be doing: Managing relationships with a panel of intermediary accounts Promoting Group Protection products and propositions Delivering new business and retention targets Developing account strategies using market intelligence Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations Responding to pre-renewal enquiries and gathering key information Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitors Handling customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism Qualifications Who we're looking for: Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or sales support Strong communication and influencing skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Commercial awareness and understanding of market conditions Knowledge of Group Protection products (desirable) Awareness of regulatory and legislative frameworks A proactive and achievement-driven mindset A collaborative approach and willingness to support others Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
