We are pleased to be working with a multi-award winning lender based in North London, who are looking for an office based Business Development Manager to join their growing team!
As a Business Development Manager, you will provide vital support to the hundreds of introducing brokers, assisting them with placing their cases, status updates, and helping them get their deals over the finish line. Experience within Specialist Mortgages is essential here, whether from a lender background or brokerage, as it is vital that you understand the pressures and complexities with this product.
Our office based Business Development Manager will be required to work in the office 2 days a week with the high performing team, where there is a constant buzz of excitement due to the nature of the business and its exceptional reputation. You will report directly into the Head of Sales, whilst also supporting the Field based Business Development Managers with their urgent workload. Service is key in the Specialist Mortgages industry, and as a Business Development Manager you will be required to put your best foot forwards, ensuring that top notch service is provided, as well as having a keen eye for detail and an excellent telephone manner.
