Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Telephone Debt Collection Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in resolving customer accounts while working within a supportive, team-driven environment. It requires you to be available to work 4:30pm – 8:30pm – Monday to Thursday & Friday 1:00pm – 5:00pm regardless of your personal schedules e.g., exams, school, extra-curricular commitments, public holidays.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

✅ Handling customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and patience to find effective solutions
✅ Managing emotional and high-pressure situations with quick thinking and adaptability
✅ Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals
✅ Negotiating payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts
