Description
The dispatcher in the call center is responsible for answering telephone calls in the ambulatory care call center, typing the messages in EpicCare and routing the calls to the appropriate department or the Registered Nurse for complete resolution. Incorporates the concepts of the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care activities. Accountable to the Nursing Director or designee for all activities. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience 2 years experience working in a Call Center Preferred Licenses
