Telephone Operator Step into the world of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, where impeccable service and attention to detail define every guest interaction. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and efficient Telephone Operator to join our Front Office team and ensure that every guest communication is handled seamlessly and with care. As a Telephone Operator, you will be the voice of Four Seasons, providing a high quality experience for guests by answering calls, directing inquiries, and ensuring all requests are attended to promptly. Your role will require strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure to deliver outstanding service at all times.
