About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Operator to Front Office team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Handle internal and external calls as per Jumeirah Standard Handling messages professionally Update “HEART” daily arrival departure movements Update guest profile note log efficiently Update guest profile in o Opera Order arrival amenities in a timely manner Maintain Front Office cash float, ensure no shortage or access Handover shift duty to next shift professionally without any issue Taking message for reservation queries during reservation close time Email guest in house list and guest feedback report on a timely manner Handle all E-butler messages Update ‘HEART” for one week Villa moves, meal upgrade, villa upgrade and cake request emails to be sent to other departments Arrival and departure timings to be published in the respective information groups upon receiving the timing from airport or TMA Print next day’s guest arrival registration cards Print cocktail invitation cards Maintain and issue items for guest use and must be logged About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries Experience working in a multi-cultural environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English Leadership and team management skills.
