To efficiently sell and accurately record all room service orders, verbally by phone, doorknobs or through the outlet Perform all associated room service duties such as trays, preparation areas, tray delivery/collection and any associated service and cleaning duties. Qualifications At least 1 year Telephone Sales Agent / Room Dining Order Taker experience Strong guest and employee interpersonal skills Guest experience centric Strong beverage/wine knowledge Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
