ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a key team at Bankstown Lidcombe Hospital as a Switchboard Operator, where you will be an integral part of providing essential communication services 24/7. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, respond to emergency alerts, and ensure seamless communication across the hospital, connecting patients, staff, and external stakeholders efficiently. You will also assist with paging staff and facilitate various operational communication needs.
This role requires full availability for a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality communication, this opportunity allows you to make a direct impact on hospital operations and patient care.
