To provide customer focussed Call Centre services for the Western Sydney Local Health District Oral Health Service. This includes answering of internal and external telephone calls, registration and completion of Triage Questionnaires for patients accessing oral health services through current applications, the provision of appointments for patients and the appropriate management of patient inquiries regarding their dental care.
