Overview Contacts by telephone and other approved communication methods (emails, text, flyers) eligible blood donors who have previously given blood and re-recruits them to donate regularly. Candidate will need to be comfortable talking to donors on the phone and scheduling an appointment for them to return and donate while working part time hours. Monthly bonus payout is available if specific measurements are reached each month. Required In-Office Position Schedule: Mon - Thurs 3PM-8PM, Fri 2PM - 7PM, and Sat 9AM-5:30PM. Sunday OFF and a weekday of your choice. 23 - 28 hours a week. Establishes rapport with donors and potential donors and educates them in the organization’s programs and services.Complies and maintains current knowledge and understanding of Donor Recruitment policies, procedures and other related regulations. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS: None KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English Skill in operating office equipment Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
