OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an outgoing telesales representative to support our sales team to drive engagement and relationships across our group of members at Bira Direct. This role is ideal for someone with great telephony skills with a passion for driving sales and customer engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a similar role would be preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Outbound Calls: Engage with potential or existing customers to promote products or services over the phone.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and collating feedback from customers.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
