Telesales Account Manager
Pocklington
We are looking for Telesales Account Managers.
Full training will be provided!
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 - depending on experience
Bonus: £500 - £2000 bonus a month* not limited!
Hours/Days: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 (42.5 hours) or Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00
1 in 3 Saturdays 09:30 – 12:30
30-minute daily unpaid break

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a telesales or customer service role is an advantage however full training would be given to the right candidate.
Must have Computer and Phone Skill set.
Negotiation skills, the ability to resolve issues and address complaints necessary!
Excellent communications skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Contact an existing customer base with the daily deals given to you via management.
Create your ‘own’ Offers tailor made to your customers’ needs.
Collect customer debts in.
Direct Customer dealerships potential to the Field Sales Team.
Take incoming calls and process orders for colleagues.
Look after account queries providing customers with proof of deliveries or invoices as needed.
