TELESALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location Homeworking (with first day induction at Head Office in Lincoln LN6 3ta)
Job type: Permanent role, flexible hours
Working hours: Our full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Pay: £24,375.00 per annum plus commission around £10K for a very committed and capable person.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE AND CANDIDATE:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and sales orientated individual with account management experience to win over multi academy trusts and school chains. We will consider all sales backgrounds for the role with particular interest in people who have a experience in B2B telesales.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, outgoing and an excellent communicator who can build relationships with customers and work well as part of a successful team.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Meet the agreed level of outbound sales calls
  • Effectively present the key features and benefits of our service to prospects
  • Achieve (or even better, exceed!) sales targets
  • Take an account management approach to sales for MATs and chains
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues and customers in order to complete the registration process
  • Identify additional sales opportunities, building on previous sales (e.g. academy trusts, nursery chains) to turn one sale into more!
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the milk schemes you are selling, and our competitors’ services (full training will be provided)
  • Assist other departments as and when required, especially the Customer Service Department during our busy “back to school” period in September.
