Experience:

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
  • Utilise Pipedrive software to record and track customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively to engage with a diverse customer base
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through telemarketing efforts
  • Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
    Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in using SugarCRM or similar CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
