The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, providing them with information about our IT Recycling services, and responding to any questions or concerns they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, be tenacious and have a positive outlook.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Gather customer information and update customer databases.
  • Listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Potentially meet key customers in person.
  • Organise own workload and diary.
  • Follow up with customers on their inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Meet company KPI’s/ Targets

Please note the hourly pay rate shown is based on the employee being 21 or older as the position is minimum wage.
