• Dealing with all outbound calls and online leads, identifying our customer needs, and finding appropriate solutions.
• Making warm calls to companies to develop your own customer-base.
• Using our existing client data base of customers to identify the right types of customers to add to your portfolio
• Client negotiation, quotation and drafting proposals
• Management of enquiry pipeline and follow up process
• Identifying commercial opportunities and maximising account growth opportunities
