Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing property investment opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
  • Present and promote available real estate projects and investment opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential buyers to nurture interest and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with property market trends, project details, and investment benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven telesales or call center experience, preferably in real estate or property investment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
