Description:
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle client objections professionally.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential clients to promote real estate properties and services.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, answering inquiries and providing detailed information about properties.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective buyers through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate site visits, schedule meetings, and manage client communications.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales progress using CRM systems.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and market developments.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
