TELESALES ASSISTANT – FULL TIME (NO COLD CALLING!)

Location: Express Foodservice HQ (parking available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (optional Saturday hours)

This position is initially to cover maternity leave, but for the right candidate, it could lead to a permanent full-time contract.
We’re looking for a confident and reliable person to help look after our loyal customers over the phone. No experience is needed — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Taking regular customer orders by phone and email (no cold calling — these are our existing customers)
• Supporting our delivery drivers by taking card payments from customers to help keep the lorries moving throughout the day
• Answering product and stock enquiries
• Looking for opportunities to upsell or introduce new products to help grow customer sales
