Athar Academy is an educational center based in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to delivering high-quality training and educational services. We are seeking a motivated and persuasive female Telesales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our educational programs, engaging with potential students and parents, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to meet enrollment targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female Arabic Speakers
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in the education sector is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining organized records.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote the institution’s courses and programs.
  • Convert leads into enrollments by effectively presenting course benefits and addressing client concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents to foster trust and long-term engagement.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and admission requirements.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most suitable programs for each student.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Keep detailed and updated records of client interactions, inquiries, and enrollment progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of programs and services.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.
