Job Title: Tele sales Executive – Real Estate
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team and help expand our client base through effective communication and lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Multilingual is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services and property listings.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Maintain a database of leads, update client records, and track all sales activities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and sales opportunities.
