We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate sector or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and present Key Capital Properties’ real estate offerings.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule property viewings for the sales team.
- Understand client needs, offer tailored property solutions, and persuade potential buyers/renters to explore our services.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy.
- Handle incoming inquiries from prospective clients, providing them with relevant information and addressing their questions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales conversions and customer retention.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, competitive trends, and new opportunities in the market.
- Adhere to company policies, sales guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telesales techniques.
