Role Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Telesales Agent located in Centurion. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, training customers on the products and services offered by Metrofibre and closing sales. Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads, databases, or prospect lists. Conduct needs-based assessments to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate services. Overcome objections and provide solutions to potential customers to close sales. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement. Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide relevant information to prospects. Ensure that the order pipeline is sufficient for target achievement. Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric Relevant post matric qualifications (Advantageous) Work Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or related field (1-2 years preferred)
