About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Agent to join our team. This is a critical role focused on driving the growth of our sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and conversion. Your primary goal is to engage high-net-worth individuals, qualify their interest in Dubai’s luxury real estate market, and secure qualified appointments for our Property Advisors.
The ideal candidate is a charismatic communicator with a strong personality and a proven ability to connect with and influence potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Direct Sales: Proactively conduct outbound calls to prospects from databases and marketing campaigns. Follow up on inbound inquiries with speed and efficiency to convert interest into sales opportunities.
  • Prospect Qualification: Qualify prospects to understand the unique needs and investment goals of potential clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Securing meetings for our Property Advisors, ensuring they engage only with the most promising and well-informed clientele.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust over the phone, using active listening to create strong initial relationships.
  • Client & Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM with detailed notes on all interactions, ensuring data integrity for further follow-up and reporting.
  • Customer Relations: Provide a high quality client experience from the first call. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, which can lead to repeat clients and referrals.
  • Performance & Reporting: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, lead conversion, and appointments set. Prepare and update activity reports to track performance and contribute to sales goals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a telesales or inside sales role. Experience in real estate is highly advantageous.
  • A strong, demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is a must.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills. Must be able to build trust and convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Powerful Sales Approach: A natural negotiator with strong persuasion skills and the ability to close leads over the phone.
  • Strong Personality: You are confident and resilient. Can handle rejection calmly and maintain motivation in a target-driven environment.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to absorb in-depth knowledge of luxury property portfolio, market trends, and sales processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
