POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, and promoting our real estate projects. This role is key in building strong client relationships, supporting the sales process, and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in telesales, call center, or sales – real estate experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company databases, portals, and campaigns.
  • Present, promote, and sell real estate projects and services to clients.
  • Qualify and categorize leads based on interest, urgency, and budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on new and existing leads to schedule meetings or property viewings.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers and support.
  • Stay updated with current property inventory, pricing, payment plans, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly telesales targets.
