Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate information about available properties and guide clients through the home-buying process.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with our team of agents to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.
  • Make a minimum of 200 cold calls per day.
  • Submit daily performance reports.
  • Stage and present living spaces to potential buyers.
  • Advertise and market available properties effectively.
  • Proactively search for and reach out to new prospects.
  • Understand clients’ criteria and match them with suitable properties.
