JOB DESCRIPTION:

EVAL Real Estate is looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our team and help drive sales for both Off-Plan and Secondary market properties in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong phone presence and a results-driven mindset
• Prior experience in real estate or telesales is a plus but not required

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote real estate offerings
• Call existing database and reach out to property owners to list their properties
• Handle client inquiries and provide detailed property information
• Maintain and update client databases and follow up with leads regularly
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets
