REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6-12 months of Telesales experience in the UAE real estate market.
  • Proficiency in English is a must; other languages (Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Spanish, Dutch) are a bonus.
  • Strong phone communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Real Estate Telesales Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales funnel — engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and supporting successful deal closures. You’ll also play a key role in documenting transactions and ensuring commission processes run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call and engage potential clients to understand their property needs.
  • Evaluate prospects based on budget, interest, and investment readiness.
  • Record and track lead data using CRM tools.
  • Set appointments between clients and Relationship Managers.
  • Ensure meetings are timely, relevant, and well-prepared.
  • Follow up to confirm showings and collect feedback.
  • Assist in guiding deals to completion, addressing client concerns.
  • Partner with sales agents to help negotiate terms.
  • Organize necessary documents and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Update closed deals and commissions in the system.
  • Maintain accuracy in all data entries related to performance and results.
