We are a well-established real estate brokerage based in Dubai. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for motivated Telesales Agents who are eager to connect with property owners, buyers, and investors to generate quality leads and support our sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven telesales/telemarketing experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Preferred Indians nationality.

• Make daily outbound calls to property owners and buyers regarding secondary market opportunities.
• Generate leads for listings, property viewings, and resale transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing accurate information and professional assistance.
• Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales agents to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation, listings, and client conversions.
