Job Title: Telesales Agent – Tyre Wholesaler
Location: Rosemount Business Park, Dublin
Reports To: General Manager

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our tyre wholesale business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, and driving sales growth by promoting our range of tyres and related products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls and emails, providing product information and processing customer orders.
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately book in stock deliveries and update the stock management system.
• Assist with checking delivery notes and reconciling orders.
• Provide general office administration support, including filing, data entry, and updating records.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
• Work closely with warehouse and sales colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order fulfilment.
• Support the sales team in achieving service and efficiency targets.
