Our Company was formed in 2003 and has grown to a team of 32 people who are engaged with improving workplace ventilation (Occupational Hygiene) to prevent workers from contracting workplace illnesses such as Asthma, COPD, Lung diseases and even Cancer. From joiners cutting wood and breathing in dust to welders breathing in fumes these processes have life changing effects which we try to stop.
We deal with schools, colleges, universities, factories, airports, nuclear and many other industries. The role means you speak to lots of different types of people from Senior Managers at bluechip Companies to sole traders.
As a Telesales Executive you are responsible for contacting small to medium sized businesses by telephone to make them aware of our services, engaging with them proactively to identify sales opportunities which you will convert into new contract sales. The role of B2B Sales Executive is varied and challenging with the main purpose to contact businesses to promote our services. Your will report to the Internal Sales Manager and Company Directors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Call proactively the customer base selling our services to deliver sales targets
  • Constructively work as part of our sales team
  • Utilise our resources to achieve results for the business and for the customer.
  • Maximises sales from warms leads and our CRM system
  • Contribute positively to your own personal development

If you are enthusiastic, creative, persuasive, talkative and a sociable team player, with previous experience in telesales this may be the job for you.
You will need to be confident, driven, self- motivated and have good attention to detail, in addition to this you must be keen to apply your current skills, whilst taking the opportunity to learn, develop and achieve above average results and remuneration in a competitive marketplace.
What we offer? In return we offer a competitive package with an excellent commission structure.
Hours of Work-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9-5.
Pay - £28,000 salary (OTE - £30,000+ uncapped)
Bonus - In addition an annual sales incentive is also to be paid on your start date anniversary as follows: On increased new sales business gained, sales of between 20K and 40K 3% commission (hitting 40k attracts £600), sales between 40K and 80K 4% commission (hitting 80k attracts a further £1600) and sales over 80K per annum at 5% commission. For example total sales of £120k attracts a bonus of £4200 (£600+£1600+£2000).
Annual Holiday Entitlement is 20 days per annum plus statutory holidays, which will increase by an extra day’s holiday for each continuous year of service following the first anniversary of employment and there after each January, up to a maximum of 5 additional day’s per annum.
