TELESALES & CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE – SOUTHAMPTON

This isn’t a standard telesales role. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes results, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the skill and confidence to convert enquiries into business consistently. You’ll work directly alongside management and directors, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue and client engagement.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

  • Handle all inbound calls promptly and ensure messages are returned same day.
  • Register clients in a uniform manner, understand their needs, and pitch for appraisals and financial services.
  • Perform property matches via our CRM and book appointments into sales reps’ diaries.
  • Maintain efficient diaries and team cohesion.
  • Proactively contact previous clients to uncover potential moves, mortgage renewals, or future opportunities.
  • Track all activity accurately in CRM to ensure follow-ups and reporting are completed.
