About This Role EPOS is looking for a Telesales Consultant to join our Sales team and play a critical role in driving new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts — identifying potential clients, making impactful connections, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team. You will combine your communication skills, persuasive sales techniques, and research capabilities to convert cold calls into warm leads. This is what your job scope will be...Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and scrape the web for qualified leads and decision-maker contacts. Build and maintain a database of prospects for targeted outreach. Client Engagement & Appointment Setting Contact potential clients via phone to introduce EPOS products and services. Build rapport quickly and effectively communicate our value proposition. Convert cold calls into qualified appointments for the sales team. Sales Target Achievement Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation KPIs. Adopt a proactive, goal-oriented approach to drive measurable results. Record Management & Compliance Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM. Ensure all outreach activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Support & Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties when needed. We would love to hear from you if... You have at least 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales. You are proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese You are an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. You can confidently draft professional emails with attention to tone and detail. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using messaging or CRM platforms. You are friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused in every interaction. You thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. You can multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organized. You have a self-motivated, “get things done” attitude and are driven by results.
