• Handle inbound/outbound calls to book appointments and close sales for aesthetic, cosmetic, GP, and home care services.
• Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to maximize conversions.
• Achieve monthly targets for patient visits and revenue.
• Provide consultative selling—understand patient needs and recommend suitable services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions in the CRM system.
• Address patient queries regarding treatments, pricing, and insurance (if applicable).
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-generation strategies.
