QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
• Basic understanding of CFD trading or other financial products is a strong advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our financial products and services
• Clearly communicate product features and benefits
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the company
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules using CRM tools
• Stay up to date with company offerings and financial market trends
